Practicing yoga surrounded by mountains, palm trees, and fresh air
creates a sacred place. Each day will include a morning yoga session
consisting of yoga poses, relaxation and breath awareness and an evening
class that may vary from guided meditation, gentle yoga and yoga Nidra.
YOGA TEACHER - Originally from England, Anja Simmons has been
living in Canada for the past 20 years. 15 years ago she discovered her
love for yoga. Wanting to integrate yoga more into her life she studied
to teach Kripalu yoga. Anja now runs various programmes for adults and
children, including helping children with anxiety problems. She is a
certified Kripalu yoga teacher.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
