Practicing yoga surrounded by mountains, palm trees, and fresh air
creates a sacred place. Each day includes a morning Kripalu yoga session
consisting of poses, relaxation and breath awareness. Evening
class may vary, from guided meditation, gentle yoga, yoga Nidra.

Originally from England, Anja Simmons has been
living in Canada for the past 26 years. 19 years ago she discovered her
love for yoga. Wanting to integrate yoga more into her life, she studied
in order to teach. Anja now runs various programmes for adults and
children, including helping children with anxiety problems.
She is a
certified Kripalu Yoga teacher as well as having training in Restorative
Yoga, and Shake Your Soul movement and dance. Anja brings her love of
yoga, life and people into her classes.
